The down jacket is made of a light stretch nylon fabric in a single layer construction that undergoes a special weaving technique that automatically creates down space directly from the loom. The seamless down tunnels significantly increase the hold of the downs. The finished garment is padded with direct injection of the finest feathers, which are specially treated to resist dyeing of the garment. The garment is dyed with the addition of a special PFC-free water-repellent agent. RDS - Responsible Down Standard certified.
