Great service, great recommendation!

Always happy to shop at LE FIX, both online and with the nice staff in the store.

I received exceptional service with my last order when a pair of boots were too big for my son and we had to return them because they didn't have the smaller size, which I wrote on the return label. I was called by a nice employee to say they had the smaller size in stock and they sent them out - even with a handwritten greeting and a pair of socks as a gift.

Top class service!

This is not the first time I've shopped at Le fix. Every time I'm in Copenhagen I stop by the store and see what's on the shelves.

Today I encountered a level of service I have never encountered before.

As I was taking an early train to Jutland, they chose to open the store early so I could get my new winter jacket home to Aarhus. In addition to the great service and friendliness, the advice regarding my purchase was also at a high level. You also get the feeling that they don't just want to sell you something just to make money.

Le fix is definitely worth a visit! Cool brands also own cool brand!
