Adidas

Adidas' brand history is remarkable considering that the founder and his brother, respectively, founded Adidas and Puma. The three classic stripes from Adidas first emerged in 1948 when Adolf Dassler decided to produce his own brand.

Adolf had previously been at the forefront of Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik with his older brother Rudolf. A feud between the two brothers split up the company, and Rudolf later decided to start Puma. Over the years, Adidas has produced sports equipment for football, tennis, golf, cricket, basketball, skateboarding and many other sports. In the 1980s, Adidas became a popular brand in regular pop culture.

The famous rappers Run DMC especially embraced Adidas's clothing and eternal made the legendary Adidas Superstar.
