2. YOUR AGREEMENT WITH WWW.LE-FIX.COM

These Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and us relating to the provision of goods you have offered to purchase. These conditions supersede all Øvrigt proposals both oral and written.

Upon ordering we are not making a legal offer to provide the goods ordered. We are inviting you to make a legal offer to us for you to purchase the goods. It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept your offer of purchase.

This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt.

3. PAYMENT

This website transacts in DKK.

We offer payment by VISA/Dankort, Visa/Electron, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal and MobilePay. We also offer ViaBill for credit solutions for our customers. Please find further information under ViaBill.

All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via e-mail or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event that the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and an alternative or a full refund will be offered. If we are only able to fulfil pkunst of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.

Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the above payments section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us.

All listed prices include value-added tax of 25%.

4. LOCAL TAXES & DUTIES

Local charges (customs duty, sales tax, etc.) can occur depending on your region and local customs legislation. These charges are at your own expense.

5. STORE CREDIT & GIFTCARDS

Gift cards and credit notes, both for stores and online are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

6. WARRANTY & REPAIR

All products from le-fix.com come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This warranty includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and Øvrigt manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims please contact our customer service at support@le-fix.com.

Please note, all items for repair should be washed and cleansed of stains and odour. Any garment returned with stains and odours will automatically be rejected and returned to the customer.

The deadline expires on the day of receipt of the goods. In determining a claimable defect in the goods, the customer must notify it within a reasonable period of time from the date on which the defect was detected or should be discovered. Anything within 2 months of this day will always be within a reasonable time.

If the claim is justified, the customer will be refunded reasonable costs for shipping the item.

In case the customer does not agree with le-fix.com’s handling of the cancellation right, and the customer is unable to find an amicable solution with le-fix.com, the customer may complain with the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (see www.forbrug.dk)

7. SHIPPING

Deliveries will be carried out by GLS for Domestic orders and orders within EU while DHL will handle all international deliveries outside of EU. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions. All orders are insured, and Track & Trace information is provided via email upon dispatch.

Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 1-4 business days and 2-5 days for orders outside of Europe. Le-fix.com accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processing outside of the EU. Please use our shipping times as a guide, since some countries may experience extended shipping times due to exceptional shipping requirements.

Shipping costs will be added at checkout and may vary from country to country. Prices shown on le-fix.com are added to the order during the checkout process. Customer Service is at the customer’s disposal to answer any questions regarding shipping costs on webstore@le-fix.com and +45 88 82 37 81.

le-fix.com reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items, depending on weight and size of the order.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

You have 14 days upon receipt of your item to set up a refund. Items that has been worn, washed or in Øvrigt ways damaged cannot be returned or refunded. If you do send us such items in one or more of the above described states, Le Fix will not be held responsible for processing and returning such items.

If you'd like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the according adjustment before packing and shipping your order. Always type 'CANCELLATION' or 'ORDER CHANGE' along with your order number in the subject field of the email and we will look into the matter. If your request do not reach us before shipping your order, you must complete the return form upon arrival as the processing of your order has already been completed.



9. MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDER

We reserve us the right to cancel any orders containing multiple quantities of the same item, in order to avoid reselling of items we are selling on our webshop and to protect our pkunstners and their brands.


10. PRIVACY

Le-fix.com treats customer information with the utmost respect and integrity. No information will be disclosed to third pkunsties. Read our privacy policy here.

11. UPDATING THE WEBSITE

We do our best to update our website and to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and Øvrigt information concerning the goods are correct. Typographical errors and errors in prices, offers, descriptions and Øvrigt information concerning the goods may occur.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to the Terms, if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control such as global pandemics or national health crises.

13. COMPLAINTS

If your purchased item is defective or has a manufacturing defect, the product is covered by the 24 months' warranty applied by Danish Law. Therefore you have the right to send us a complaint about any defects which occurred within the first 24 months of purchase.

The warranty is only valid if you have the original receipt of the item or invoice number from your purchase the claim concerns.

HOW TO COMPLAIN:
Should you wish to complain about a product, please send an e-mail to: support@le-fix.com. Please write your invoice number, send a picture of the damage/defect and describe the use of the item. If the item is bought in our store the procedure is the same, but please send a picture of the original receipt instead of the invoice number. You are also welcome to visit our store with a complaint regarding any online purchases. The warranty does not cover damages, which may have occurred due to wrong use, wrong washing, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Le Fix covers all shipping costs which may occur in connection with a complaint.

If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to “Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg” via the Complaints Portal for “Nævnenes Hus”.

In order to file a complaint, the product or service about which you wish to complain must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for filing the complaint.

When you shop at an e-labelled shop, you can have your case dealt with free of charge - regardless of the amount.

14. RESERVATIONS

Le Fix reserves the right to items which are sold out, price changes, type errors, spelling mistakes, changes from our suppliers and delays which Le Fix can't control or be held responsible for.

15. APPLICABLE LAWS

Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Denmark without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Denmark in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.

16. COPYRIGHT

Le Fix has copyright to all images and image material on the Le Fix Webshop, Facebook and Instagram, which belongs to Le Fix Clothing ApS. If you wish to use some of our fotografer or image material, you must send a request to PR Manager Laura Oehlenschlæger by contacting her at lo@le-fix.com and await her approval.

In case you have received an authorisation to use an image, always link to le-fix.com.
