Refund policy
RETURNS
We offer 14 days of full return upon the arrival of your item, which means from the day the package has been delivered or from the day it is ready for pick up at the package store, providing that the item(s) are in original condition.
Your are responsible for all shipping cost that may occur. Please fill out the attached returnlabel included in your package and assign if you'd like to "return" or "exchange" your order.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Wrap the product properly in their original bags / packaging.
Before the full amount can be returned, the product must be unused and all price tags must be intact in or on the item, and in the same condition as you received it.
2.Fill out the returnlabel included in your package. Assign either "return" or "exchange" and write your order number.
3. Send the package to the following address:

4. Deliver you package to your nearest postal point of your choosing, all companies are accepted. Remember to get a delivery receipt in case of problems with theshipment.
You are responsible for all shipping costs and if you would like to exchange an order, Le Fix will cover the costs of sending the new item to you.
THE PROCESS OF YOUR RETURN
When we have received your return package, the amount will be refunded to your account. You will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail when we have processed your return. Please allow approx. 7 business days from the arrival at our store to the process of your return. Please contact customer service at: support@le-fix.com should you have any questions prior to your return.
It can take an additional 1-3 business days before you can see the amount available on your account again, depending on your bank.
Please note that during busy periods, longer processing time may occur.
RETURNING VIA OUR SHOP
You are welcome to return your purchased item in our store.Please rememberto bring the returnform in the completed state andthe product must be unused and all price tags must be intact in or on the item, and in the same condition as you received it.
Please note that the refund can't be made directly through our shop but through our webshop. It takes 1-3 business days before you will receive the refund, depending on your bank.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange your item to a different size, colour e.g., please fill out the return form with your order number and assign "exchange".
You must cover the cost of returning the unwanted item and Le Fix will cover the cost of sending the new item to you.
