Delivery & Returns
All orders in Denmark are delivered within 1-3 business days with GLS as an insured package. Please note that delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third pkunsty factors, which may cause delays. Le Fix can't be held responsible for any delays related to GLS.
Please note that packages processed after 2PM on a Friday, will be shipped the upcoming Monday. Please also note that during busy periods, such as sale, Black Friday, national holidays a.o., longer processing time may occur.

FTA DOCUMENT
The FTA document, in 3 copies, will automatically be send with all orders shipped to South Korea. We will also send the FTA document to you by e-mail when your order is ready for shipment.
The FTA document contains:
- Order confirmation
- Invoice number
- Date with our Signature

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We try to process and ship orders as fast as possible. When orders has been processed and are ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with all necessary information and tracking number for your package.
Please note that shipment prices may differentiate depending on the size and weight of the package and we will contact you if this is the case.

All our packages are sent as parcels and provided with a tracking number and proper insurance. Should you find that an item has been damaged upon the reception, please report it to GLS or DHL or, depending on the courier who delivered your package, no later than 2 days upon reception. Le Fix cannot be held responsible for any damage which occurred during transport.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to provide you with exact prices, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note that in no circumstance can we undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift. Full details on shipping, customs and import charges can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
RETURNS
We offer 14 days of full return upon the arrival of your item, which means from the day the package has been delivered or from the day it is ready for pick up at the Delivery Point, providing that the item(s) are in original condition.
We offer free return on all orders within Denmark. For all orders outside of Denmark, the customer are responsible for all shipping cost which may occur. Please fill out the attached return form included in your package and assign if you'd like to "return" or "exchange" your order.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Wrap the product properly in their original bags / packaging.
Before the full amount can be returned, the product must be unused and all price tags must be intact in or on the item, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Fill out the return form included in your package. Assign either "return" or "exchange" and write your order number.
3. Send the package to the following address:

4. Deliver you package to your nearest GLS postal point. Remember to ask for a delivery receipt in case of any problems with the shipment.
THE PROCESS OF YOUR RETURN
When we have received your return package, the amount will be refunded to your account. You will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail when we have processed your return. Please allow approx. 7 business days from the arrival at our store to the process of your return. Please contact customer service at: support@le-fix.com should you have any questions prior to your return.
It can take an additional 1-3 business days before the returned amount will be visible on your bank account, depending on your bank.
Please note that during busy periods, longer processing time may occur.
RETURNING IN-STORE
You are welcome to return your purchased item in our store. Please remember to bring the return form in its completed state. Products must be unused and all price tags intact in or on the item, and in the same condition as you received it.
Please note that the refund can't be made directly through our shop but will be made through our webshop. It takes 1-3 business days before you will receive the refund, depending on your bank.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange your item to a different size, colour e.g., please fill out the return form with your order number and assign "exchange".
